Notice of Federal Tax Lien

Have you received a Federal Tax Lien Notice?

If you owe taxes and don’t pay, The I.R.S. may decide to issue a Notice of Federal Tax Lien in the county courthouse where you live or where you own property, in order to protect the government’s interests. It attaches to all property you currently own, and all property and assets you acquire.

An IRS Lien may hurt your chances of getting a job, getting your license renewed, and may prevent you from qualifying to buy a house. If the IRS deems your tax debt to be seriously delinquent, the IRS may get the State Department to revoke your passport or deny your application to obtain a passport.

Tax Cleanup can help you get your tax lien released, subordinated or withdrawn.
